Though I am unsure of the actual, based on your information it would make sense for last login.

I was in my UserCP and I noticed my last login was almost a year ago and not knowing if HF goes by this to determine if the account is pruned, I logged out and logged back in.

I only use HF at my house. I don't browse this site on my phone or anywhere else.

There was a time when Omniscient closed inactive accounts. Accounts that fit this descriptor were those that had not logged in for one year.
