Glowbe: A community-driven social platform - siur - May 5, 2018 This is a follow up to my initial "closed alpha testing" thread from here https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5828337 For the past year I've been working on a new social platform concept I had in mind, so if you're curious about it you can check out the links below: https://glowbe.org About the platform and the concept: https://glowbe.org/info/about-glowbe Signup credit bonus: - first 1.000 users will get 30 credits - 1.000 - 10.000 will get 20 credits - 10.000 - 100.000 will get 10 credits* - 100.000 - 500.000 will get 5 credits* - 500.000 - 5.000.000 will get 1 credit* - 5.000.000 no credits* (*if we ever get there) For now the credits can be used on the platform exclusively. Later on there will be an ERC20 token created that will allow outside the platform transactions. Don't bother multi-accounting because I'll make sure you'll never get the tokens off the platform. Right now everything is in really early stages so keep that in mind if you find things that are not working as they should. I don't think you've even looked into my concept. There's nothing even remotely close to be compared to steemit. One's a borderline pay-per-blogging system, the other is a community-driven social platform. We will never have ads, we will always be free, we will never sell or use your information. 2. YOU will decide by voting changes how we progress and what are our goals. 3. We emphasize on privacy and we are fully transparent. 5. There will be rules created and agreed by Glowbe's users." All of that is already very well implemented in steemit + it's already backed by big companies and has platforms such as dtube running on the chain. Obviously it's hard to accept, that you are too late to the game. Good luck. RE: Glowbe: A community-driven social platform - siur - May 6, 2018 New update and some changes coming next week. If you're looking to meet new people and socialize you should check us out. ATM it's in really early stages, but if you're looking to try something new you should give it a try. Thanks.
