Ankle injury - need advice - Aussie - May 7, 2018
Hey guys,
I injured my ankle a while ago and I feel like it can happen again because it's really unstable compared to my good ankle.
Can someone recommend a good ankle guard (one that they've used and can vouch for), which will FULLY prevent the painful twist so when I play basketball or soccer for example it won't kill me with excruciating pain when I roll it...which I know I will definitely.
