Non-upgraded member - 4tl3t1 - May 7, 2018
Hi HF users,
Can i get rep if i'm a non-upgraded member? Or get more than one star so stop being a "New member?"
If there's one place where i can find this information tell me and I will close the thread

More posts allow you to gain different ranks (which means more stars)

You can get both without an upgrade. Upgrades just automatically give you more stars and they're a different color

You can get reputation whether you're upgraded or not. You can only give reputation points if you're upgrade to either L33T or UB3R.
There are certain rules around the reputation system that can be found here, I highly recommend you read them.

There is a thread sticky somewhere and it will tell you everything about ranks, rep and stuff.
