Got the 25$ package and I will admit I didn't expect him to be so quick. Once the payment was taken care of it only took him around 15 minutes to setup everything. As he stated he provided a crypt and the file received 0 detections. Also to test the setup he gave me 110 bots which was a really great start to everything.
