Well i don't think you'll find one if it's not compiled, EVERY MALWARE BUILDER with setttings use EOF (End Of File Arguments), if it's not compiled.
So Crypters can't crypt EOF.
The thing i would recommand is using CodeDom .NET compiler programmatically, and directly compile an application with your settings on the builder.
