Daganronpa/Tokyo Ghoul are also worthy mentions, Steins;Gate also sounds like it might be to your liking

I didn't saw neither Saikano or Blood+ on your anime list, which are both very darkish and excellent.
I was actually dissapointed that you had watched the shitty Blood-C and not the glorious Blood+ lol

I thought you were about to redeem yourself by watching those, but no, you had to have Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica and Monster on your Plan To Watch list. Both are dark and awesome.
