HF updates the IP after "Logging In" with that ip and that is not enough.
I suggest to log ips every time member refreshes HF.

MyBB does.
It wouldn't be "Last login ip" if you don't login.
Also, mobile IP can change every mile or two. Really dumb.

Maybe refresh IP based on useragent?
Phone doesn't have to be updated because the exploit to login without triggering the ips,2fa etc wouldn't work on phone AFAIK.
I was suggesting maybe log for mods only.
