Are databases allowed to be sold? - Enthusiast - May 29, 2018
I have a pretty good sized archive of databases I've obtained over the years. Are they allowed to be sold at any section? It's private & public databases.

No, selling people's personal data is not allowed on-site, nor is the sharing/distribution of dumps.
