Keyboard Lights Won't Turn Off - Annointed - Jun 2, 2018
Hey guys, I'm not really sure where to post this, sorry..
So I just bought a new gaming laptop today (ASUS GL503GE-ES7S), and once I set up Windows and everything, I went to uninstall the ASUS bloatware. After that I noticed my keyboard lights won't turn off with my Fn keys. I can still control my screen brightness, etc, but not my keyboard lights.
I did some searching, and installed ATK Package, and ASUS Smart Gesture, restarted my laptop, but it still won't work. When I click my Fn + Down Arrow Key, it does show this: https://i.imgur.com/fN9iC2G.png
BUT it's not turning my keyboard lights off?
I tried downloading Aura Core too, but after I install it and restart my laptop, I can't find the program? I go into the Microsoft Store, and find ROG Aura Core, and it says it's installed on my laptop, so I click "Launch", and nothing happens.
Any help please?

reinstall "bloatware" maybe?
as what u consider bloat is what the keyboard probably needs to function

Yes that's what I tried reinstalling.. it's the ROG Aura Core that I need. But in Microsoft Store, it says it's already installed on my laptop, and when I click Launch, nothing happens..
