No, all NFA accounts should be in Non-Free Accounts forum. You can report those that aren't.

I don't think so. Otherwise an extra subforum wouldn't make much sense I guess.

Only upgraded members can sell Non-Free Accounts.
NFA accounts should be sold in the NFA-subforum. So, no.
If you see NFA on premium sellers section, report it or inform the user.

Correct.
Same with Currency Exchange; must be ub3r and in the CE section (not buyers bay or secondary sellers).

No.
All NFA must be in NFA. Regular members can sell them but they gotta find an ub3r to proxy sell the accounts and to post the thread in NFA section. Regular members cannot have their own thread.
