I was ratted earlier now I cant reset my PC - Pol.ar - Jun 6, 2018
Hey everyone I was ratted earlier and had my emails passwords changed and for some reason the guy targeted my epic games account and played on it. He added friends on it and i pmed on of his friends to tell the guy who ratted me to stop, then an alert box appeared on my pc that said NO. I can't reset windows because the recovery environment is missing and i dont have a flash drive to install windows 10 on to. What should I do? also after i got that alert box i restarted my PC and opened a notepad and wrote in the notepad "what do you want?" and the person didnt say anything, did his rat disconnect??
UPDATE: did a malware bytes scan and found imminent rat stuff on my PC. I know that's a common rat Im gnona try and get rid of it.

Please download Farbar Recovery Scan Tool and save it to your Desktop.
Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.
- Right click to run as administrator. When the tool opens click Yes to disclaimer.
- Press Scan button.
- It will produce logs called FRST.txt and Addition.txt in the same directory the tool is run from.
- Please copy and paste the logs back here.
Then wait for a trained person to go through your logs. (Seeing as a lot of the active people in this section are dead, If nobody replys in a day or 2 I could probably do it if you didn't manage to remove it yourself.)

Thanks! Do you think malware bytes would get rid of it? I removed all malware it found from the quarantine sections and did another scan and didnt find any other malware? Not sure if it's completely secure.

Can you provide us the Malwarebytes log where we can see what was detected?
