Any solution to get the location of a Skype user since Skype resolvers are not working anymore?
Or do you have any Skype resolver that is still working?

Skype deob or ip sniffing still works on older accounts the new live: accounts can't be resolved.

You can use one of many free services to generate an IP logging image or redirection URL. You often don't even need to register.
Just google "ip logger" and click on the first result. I tried to share a specific website, but it is censored on HF.

Let me tell you exactly what is my current situation...
I have a contact on my Skype account who's blocking me and i need to get his IP address/location.
Sorry, i am not an expert in these things, that's why i am asking you about the exact steps of each solution that you are suggesting.
In case, the IP logger can solve my issue, what are the exact steps that must take?

U can check on db's of resolver site's maybe he's skype was resolved be4.

IP logger is the easiest & convenient if the guy has a live: Skype. May need a bit of "Social Engineering".
Not sure if Wireshark is functional with this; but I'd recommend to research a bit.
If you are lucky, try to check if there are any alternative Skype ID's he previously had and resolve that as well.
