I think i have been infected with a snaware software because i keep getting popups. Please i need help

Why don't you run an anti-virus software scan? MalwareBytes or something, it would probably pick it up.

I have and i am waiting to see if the issue has been resolved.
Its not solved yet. I think Malwarebyte could not get it
