monero is $125 as of writing this post. is this a good time to buy 1? i believe monero is a stable coin to invest in but i'm afraid it won't go above $1000. what are your thoughts?

You mention stable, $125 and going above $1000 in the same sentence, being stable doesn't just mean it isn't going to dump lol?
I don't know how you can be afraid of a coin not going up but yeah if you're looking for a quickish 8x there could be better alternatives.

i meant stable as in it's always (or for a longer time) gonna be between 100-600$

Depends on the drug market, if there is more demand for drugs, there is more demand for monero to facilitate the transaction.
