Well i have for now close to 1 million cell phone numbers from one cell phone provider in a european country(more info pm) .
I tested something similar for another country that i live that i had phonelists 2 months ago and went much greater than i thought including the fact i'm not the most experienced on doing sms or email to sms
I am willing to divide the 1 million numbers to 20 lists of 50k numbers each.By doing this my method wont get saturated plus it would be too expensive for 1 person to get my pack.
When i tested on another country a similar method my registration rate for cpa offer was close to 20%,which is insane.
No need to be resident of the country of the list i provide.I will translate you the sms or email in order to be the best possible and not like google translator.
