You are required to use the Contracts MyCode and the Contracts system in the CE section. Anyone refusing to use Contracts system for a CE should immediately be reported to me. They will get banned.

Any existing thread without it will be closed. Any new thread created without it will be junked. Anyone refusing to use Contracts for a CE will be banned.
Contracts system is there to protect members from scammers by keeping a precise log of all exchanges and if they are completed or not. By requiring Contracts MyCode you'll be able to see if a member has opened multiple currency exchanges and has not completed them, which could be a sign of a scammer.

So I’m guessing this means members can report threads as policy violation without contracts mycode in the OP?

Please do not. We're working on a plugin to auto-detect the MyCode and prevent posting without it.

If someone reports you, you will get closed. If I find evidence you're doing CE without Contracts, you will get closed.
Actually, you're closed for even thinking it. That's how serious this is.
EVERYONE WILL EVENTUALLY USE THE CONTRACTS SYSTEM OR SUFFER THE CONSEQUENCES!

If your old thread is not closed then please close it and start a new thread under the new policy.
