What would you do on Purge Night? - Scooby - Jun 25, 2018
After rewatching all 3 films recently, I really started considering what I would do on Purge Night. Personally, I wouldn't do anything so visceral as the movies showcase. I think I would plant something incriminating at the house or on the computer of someone I've targeted. Then leave an anonymous tip like a week later. Anything they get caught for they'd get busted for and if it was determined what really happened, purge night would exclude penalties. But what would you do?
Also, has anyone heard what the 4th will be about? I know it's supposed to be a prequel showing the events leading up to the purges enactment but are there in more details?

And on another purge movie topic, while I love the music in general for the soundtrack, the use of Miley Cyrus's party in the USA is a bit confusing. We hear it in-movie as that's what the candy girls are blaring. But if the 3rd movie takes place at least 18 years after the first purge, as per Senators backstory, and that in itself was the near future, then that means these high schoolers are rocking out to a song 20 to 30 years older than they are, and making "candy girl" references to match lol.

I would not be one of the "killers" . I would be that person driving to a remote location that no one knows about and is completely isolated from the City. Definitely would be shitting myself the whole time!

I thought about that. My guess is all competent people would take their shit offline for the duration to prevent that. But we know from the second movie that at least traffic cams, billboards, tv stations and the like are up and running so idk.
