hi alls..
as my subject i scan a target and i found this vulnerabilities (1) HTML Form found in redirect page [high severity] (2) insecure crossdomain.xml file (3) vulnerable javascript library... can you guys guide me how can get access on server using these vulnerability kindly put me on right way .. thanks all

You're not going to be able to break into a site with just a redirect. It's not a bad find, though.

Good find, but like "ctrl_alt_del" said, you won't be able to break into the back-end with that.
Look for other vulnerabilities such as SQL or XSS and go from there.
