Windows defender is disabled and i cant enable it and i cant update , im running windows 10

Update:I did an in run around to update it and now everything is fixed

Download and install MalwareBytes. It's a good and free anti-virus, so if your Windows Defender does have an issue again, you can rely on MalwareBytes to take it's place until you've solved the issue again.

Malwarebytes Premium is designed as a secondary security layer, not as a full replacement for an AV. And Malwarebytes Free doesn't offer real-time protection at all.
That being said, yes it's indeed a good tool.

From my experience, Spybot has been a lot better than MalwareBytes.
