I heard that it could be good for you if you drink a glass of red wine with dinner. I'm not a drinker or smoker but I do occasionally like to drink a glass of red wine with dinner. I just make sure that I don't go overboard lol. But there are health benefits of drinking a glass of red wine everyday. Do you enjoy drinking a glass of red wine with your dinner?

Apparently a glass of red wine a day in beneficial, either way it's a great excuse!
