Hello,
This user wants me to give him $210 Paypal in exchange of $195 BTC. I sent the money to the mail he provides. After that, he doesn't reply anymore to my messages. Do you know how can I get my money back (i pay as service) ?
If by chance staff see this, please ban this user he is a well-known scammer.

2 ways.
If you want the easy way:
Call PP and tell them the TX was unauthorized. They'll refund within 2 business days (usually less).
The hard way:
Call VISA and tell them what happened. You'll easily get your money back, but it will take longer (3-5 business days). However, the scammer (Belmod) will be hit with a $20ish fee on top by Paypal. If you really want to teach him a lesson, do this.

I really didn’t scam you as you sent payment as goods/Services so there is no intention or point
I just replied late and you disputed when I came back simple as that
I was really trying to deal but It seems you were obvi sketch to deal on this site in first place.....
I told you I can refund you if you close dispute and that’s fastest way for you to get money back

Do not close the dispute, whatever you do. Once you close the dispute, you have NO way of getting your money back.

This guy tell Paypal that he sent the bitcoin instead he doesn't do anything...
He asked me 5 times to cancel the dispute and then he could be able to send me the bitcoin

you can either dispute through paypal, or you can call your credit card / debit card provider and ask them to chargeback.
2nd one will work 100%.
1st one might work 60%.
