Why do I say almost $900?
Because now PayPal is refusing to credit my account the money this piece of s*** stole and so my PayPal is negative $300 so I lose the BTC, the money this asshole stole and I have to get money into PayPal to have any future funds be usable.
If I have to exchange for it, which I do, then it'll cost me another $300 which will be almost $1200
Two Contracts, put my PayPal account into a negative balance
I pm'ed this user giving him a free and clear chance to tell me why he opened these disputes before I filed against him and he IMMEDIATELY went offline after pm'ing back and forth for hours today!

User contacted me for an exchange.
He accepted my guidelines and we proceeded.
I logged into my email to find he not only tried to reverse one, but two exchanges and somehow, PayPal reversed the payments instantly.
This will not be tolerated!

Never trust paypal from new users and people with 0 rep and un upgraded, they most of the time will chargeback.

and his account is 2 yrs old so he isn't brand new just not a heavy poster

If he doesn't refunds you then take a legal action, a dude recently got arrested here for fucking people over localbitcoins.com so i guess your issue would be carefully taken care of.

i definitely would but would need a lawyer who would actually take the case for the value and would need to know his paypal is his real info

I do exchanges a lot on the forum, any account that remotely looks similar with a low post count, no rep, etc. Stay clear from!!
