Damn bro, Farm Bureao does me wonders, cheap and highly reliable, sorry to hear about that shit I would’ve FLIPPED. But shit happens for a reason and if you are paying for that packages and they refuse to help you a lawsuit can be placed

Thank You Thank You Brother. I can't handle with another lawsuit because what if at the end they do nothing and what if they sue me back ?

Because I'm afraid that when I buy collision + Uninsured and under insured motorist coverage package they told me that this will coverage anything accident collision stuff but now when I tell them they are telling me that you don't have collision package which I already have and they never helped me at all. now they are telling me that collision package will just cover injuries. I'm a studen't can't handle that much pressure one after the another one I don't have much support at my back.

How during a TA ( Traffic Accident) does someone have time to steal anything .. and the first TA was just a forgone conclusion soon as I see that no insurance .. etc I figure okay I am fucked because that is what it is in the legal system. USAA if you are a vet or parent is a vet is pretty good, State Farm is not bad either.

As I said I was working and my car was parked in the parking of mall (where I work) and you know malls are very busy and very noisy. My car was already damaged, I couldn't fix it because I didn't have enough money to fix it so I waiit for the court date. My trunk was half closed the trunk with those hard duck tapes so it will stay closed for until the court date.

Oh wow, yeah man duct tape wouldn't be anywhere near secure, I don't believe in thievery, like I don't respect thieves and always assume that if something is valuable to me it needs to protected/safeguarded. I am not sure if insurance would take care of that in respects to replacement ..etc because it's like having a convertible and putting a laptop on the backseat and having the top down, the owner didn't take appropriate measures. That said the Police I am sure were contacted speakers probably at some point will be sold online be it by the actual thief or a purchaser who can lead to the thief.

I did not put my stuff in trunk I put it inside of the car but they broke the little thing in the trunk they got in the car because its easy to get in the from turnk and I already fixed the breaks lights before this accident I paid it from my own pocket. i sont know what to say anymore.
