Title says it, curious I haven't been really active on HF as much as I use too and getting back into it.

The feature has been removed. Only staff can view ban reasons now.

Do you know why though? Was it related to GDPR or just abuse of the page?

I don't remember seeing a long description but I believe it's strictly to prevent abuse.

Prevent abuse I believe. Also, a few ub3r’s were moaning too much so Omni decided to remove perms for everybody now.

The more threads like this, the more Omni is going ban/close accounts over it as it probably is getting him annoyed.

Abuse is a big part. He isn’t a fan of userscripts sending background requests to a high-load page constantly.

Sadly some users ruin it for others.

You can still see warnings on https://hackforums.net/warnlog.php (Only past 72 hours)
Not sure why warnings was removed from postbit.

Pretty sure it is because MyBB 1.8 upgrade broke the Ub3r warnings page and it isn’t something we’ve gotten to fix yet, if Omni even intends for me to fix it.

I mean closing someone on not being educated on past history is a little much. If the search ability worked I'd use it but it doesn't so I need to create a thread.

Regardless thank you Xerotic for answering that and providing that insight. I didn't realize issues still existed from the 1.8 upgrade

Yeah, that may not be fixed as well as it should be. :(
