ok so i factory reset my phone but is there a way to recover it to how it was before i reset it and get all my info restored.i need to get all my messsages, pictures ,ect back.any help thanks in advance
there was no back up account or anything like that on the phone by the way

There is no conventional way to recover data once its been overwritten fully or partially you would need knowledge in forensics to recover your data.

Without going super deep into forensics level you can try using programs (if your on android) that will ADB into the device and do a full physical 'copy' of the mem chip. This will try and get you data back however dont hold out for it working.
The other way is to send the phone for a full forensics recovery and that will get you all the data you want and more, however it wont be cheap IF you can get someone to do it. But what they'll do it they will use something like cellebrite software to get back everything (you wont be able to use / get cellebrite so just dont try + plus you wont have the hardware kit or a write blocker)
