Scammer Word Allowed in Posts? - 8BallPoolKing - Jul 9, 2018
Well Asper Help document we can not call anyone scammer in Reputation ( i know now we have canned ones) Without having link to deal dispute that also if we are involved in the transactions
But can we label anyone as scammer in Sales thread?
As in the last post in thread

You can not call someone a scammer in their thread

No, this is not allowed. If you report it his post will be removed, and staff will take action against his account if necessary.
If the user feels like you scammed him he can either try to resolve this with you in private, or create a deal dispute in the deal dispute forum.

But problem is i have tried reporting such posts many a time and i dont see them being taken down , let me try reporting this one

Posts like that are reviewed on a case by case basis, so sometimes a staff member will not see a reason to remove a certain post.
Like I said in the other thread, you can always PM a staff member if you have any questions regarding a post!

It really depends on the context. However, that reply was out of order.
Also, lately you've been reporting a lot of negative reviews. Negative reviews as long as they aren't flaming are fine and WON'T be removed.
Edit: From the Help Docs - Customers posting negative reviews is not a violation and should not be reported as such. Users abusing this option will be sanctioned.
