Hey , will try and keep this short but sweet.
My daughter is 15 and she got her instagram account hacked (she has over 10k followers) Basically what happened is , someone sent her a link saying someones stolen your pics , she clicked and and put in her log in details which was obviously a fake Instagram site which gave them access to her insta and they changed all her emails/numbers/passwords etc.
That's not a big deal , obviously. But what is happening now is my daughters profile is now getting used as a sex site. They are selling premium snapchat , skypes , nudes , saying she will be there slave on skype for an hour for so much £ etc. Also using fake PP sites , asking to for people's Netflix accounts to share. You all know what I mean , phishing for details. What is worrying me is how my daughters profile is getting used for "SEX" her photos. Not only this she is getting bullied for it , all her friends can see what is getting posted and everyone is starting on her on Facebook/Twitter.
We have talked to Instagram , she sent them a ver photo holding paper with a code , but then they wanted more details , what number she used to open the account , we don't know as it was on a old phone from years ago. So it is still active.
I am so upset that my daughters profile and pics are getting used , not only is she underage she is being targeted online and in the area.
Is there anything anyone can do for me ? or advise. I understand if not , I would be happy to get her account back or just deleted , _paigeglass is her username. Help me please!

Thank you , I have it a good read and that’s exactly what Instagram have done , there useless like.
I messaged the person who has her account and he or she was asking me to apologise to them , I nearly chocked with the cheek of them lol. They are still posting things saying Skype shows for so much money blah ? she’s a child (yes looks a lot older) not a bloody cam girl , slave or pornstar. ? x
