Negative feedback getting deleted? - Opgebaarde - Jul 11, 2018 Hello, I have been lurking for a while on this forum and bought a couple of scripts/bots. I wasn't satisfied with a product and let the developer knows. I didn't received support (I had to wait several hours/days between replies) and I requested a refund. No reaction from his side, until I posted a comprehensive feedback, which was negative, in his sales thread. He told me, that it was sales trashing, and my reply has been deleted (by him or moderation staff?). My question is, why are negative feedbacks are getting deleted and only the positives will remain? OP, because it's considered sales trashing. You should be happy you didn't get banned. You have to be very careful not to use derogatory statements when leaving negative comments on a sales thread. OP, that user might have reported your post as sales thrashing. Your options are either to work it out with the sellers, post a community alert or if you think you got scammed, a deal dispute (make sure it's legit and include proof). RE: Negative feedback getting deleted? - minimalist - Jul 11, 2018 You should post a deal dispute for what you've purchased if the product is unsatisfactory. In this case, your review was about the extras provided with the cracker - I didn't believe the complaints actually relate to what was being sold. The second part of your review, the complaints about the seller, were valid. But again, please create a deal dispute if the seller refuses your refund request. |
