I’m looking on the Cydia app and I’ll I’m getting is shit for like ios6 lmfao, I just want to change some colours and have a nice lock screen

I'd go with Lock+ for your lockscreen, and then Anemone for theming your icons.
I usually find my tweaks from youtube videos or the Jailbreak Reddit.

Yea it's kinda annoying, that's why i rarely go thru Cydia to find stuff

You can add https://cydia.kiiimo.org/
It's a hacked repo that contains tweaks mostly for the older devices if you don't want to pay for the tweaks.

Come on man why recommend piracy for tweaks that cost 99¢ - $3, is that really going to break your bank? Why not support the developer for commiting his time into making something decent for the community to use? Also piracy is against the forum rules.

I don't support piracy either.. I buy my tweaks as well.. I don't care about $1 or $2 but some people prefer this.

Cydia to install them
Just browsing jailbreak reddit and see good combos of tweaks and installing them with cydia. (Oh, and if they cost I pay, it's almost nothing anyway)
Also been googling after nice tweaks and just been looking for a tweak to catch my eye.
