Danny Khalifa used to be a pretty big currency exchanger on site and his account was recently closed.
Does anyone know why?

I'm not 100% sure but this was my first thought as well. It's probably somewhere in the HF news @OP.

I understand that part now.
The part i am still not understanding is how can they "prove" if you have faked contracts?
The staff team obviously doesn't have access to your Bank Account, Paypal or whatever currency you are paying with.

Probably asked people for fake contracts and someone reported him.

He had 3 years of currency exchange service running and he risked it all over a few market rep points.

I was asking myself same question cause he actually refunded me before he got closed, if scamming was his intention im probably sure he wouldn't refund me

Some deal dispute went wrong I believe. He seemed like a genuine guy who refunded everyone. Anyone know which deal of his went south and got him banned?

I saw some DD against him that he resolved,maybe some were still open and not refunded.
