LuminosityLink not. I think Orcus still is though, I haven't heard that it got shutdown.

Orcus is still up and running Armada has closed the secondary domain, as the first one is currently "shutdown" as a report was sent to the registrar that the site hosts malicious content. The secondary domain, orcus.pw, is closed as Orcus Technologies is having issues with Blockchain for processing payments, manual payments are still being processed if you pm Armada.

Actually KFCWatermelon plead guilty to conspiracy to distribution unauthorized computer access tools. Kreb’s has an article on it, you can find it by searching but HackForums has his site censored on here so I can’t give you the correct link.
