I've had a look at his e-book.
The ebook design needs a completely new look as it was difficult to read, but he is addressing it immediately.
The content however shows its worth as it makes absolute sense and spreading can be less work than it seems.
For 10$ it's great buy if you are serious about spreading. Can be used for spreading other things too.
