Upgrade Price Increases - Omniscient - Jul 19, 2018
Currently 3p1c is $12 and L33t is $20. These are going to be increased.
3p1c $12->$15
L33t $20 ->$25
This is your last chance to get these upgrades at the current price level. I will be changing them early next week.

As a member of 3p1c and a former member of l33t, I can vouch and say the features that come with these usergroups are very useful.

I'd say they are definitely worth it. Upgrades have always been fairly cheap on HF. My advice to all un-upgraded users: get it on the cheap, while you still can!
