Basically the issue I'm having right now is that when the client downloads and installs the Android RAT's built file, then the client can just go to My Files>Downloaded apps and simply uninstall the RAT's app, causing the client to disappear from my Android RAT. At least that's how it is when I tested SpyNote v4.
Is there another Android RAT which works in a way where even if the client uninstalls the RAT file from their phone, the RAT will still remain on their phone thus making me still being able to remotely control it with my Android RAT? It doesn't matter if such RAT is paid or free. I need this type of feature.

Yes OmniRAT has this feature and this is one of the reasons why I bought it. It consists of 2 apps. One is the dropper, one is the actual rat. The dropper is visible in the launcher etc. It can be uninstalled by the user, thus calming him down. The rat is although still installed and invisible.

You can record the screen yes and it is currently not completely FUD, but it is still not detected by some devices.

It is more like 50:50 chance of it getting detected

I don't know about being Persistent but by far the best Android RAT is WebMonitor.
It needs updates like shitload of them but its top of the line FUD undetectable but isn't Persistent at all.
I hope i can suggest good things to them so they could make it awesome :-)
