Having a stoke or something. - Toasties - Jul 26, 2018

Okay I don't think I'm really having a stoke, I just have no idea what on earth is going on.
Has anybody else experienced the feeling where everything goes really loud to you and everything moves really slowly and you feel like crap for awhile?
It hasn't happens to me for years but it's hit me like a truck. Anybody had something like this and or know whats happening?

Uh.
If you're concerned I'd see a doctor.

Sounds like derealization, could you maybe explain in more detail what's happening?

I have no idea how to explain it, its like somebody has put a loud speaker in my head and its make it feel really light headed and weak.
And everything i see is in slow motion but the sounds and voices I hear a slightly faster and louder.
Doesn't last long but feels terrible. It's gone now.

Possibly not derealization then, I'm not really too sure.
I think you should definitely check in with a doctor about it though because that doesn't seem normal, even if it only occurs once in a while.

Make sure to stay hydrated. Check your blood work and sugar levels.
