Website Redesign for Affiliate Network - WageWolf - Aug 2, 2018 So far I have been really unimpressed with the work from a few people on UpWork, who think it is alright to just use a template and copy code. Looking for a Website Developer, who can take this project seriously, and build a design. Details have been provided below. The budget will be discussed upon contact. Project: Affiliate Network Website [Homepage, and additional public pages.] Technology: The Developer selected for this project will be encouraged to use pure HTML5/CSS3/JS. Bootstrap 4 will be fine, the payment will be significantly lower if BS4 is used. Compliance: The website must comply, and pass the following checklists, or requirements. Active Browser Support - We only need to support browsers actively supported by their developers, on others, show an upgrade message. (Chrome/Edge/FireFox/IE11/Safari/ETC) Avoidance - Avoid the usage of !important, @import, and iFrames in your code. Clean & Neat Code, with documentation / notes included. Extra Depth / Exaggerated Shadows - Not a requirement, but it is becoming popular in 2018. Flat Design 2.0 - Not a requirement, but it is becoming popular in 2018. Illustration Design - * Not a requirement, but popular in 2018. Basically the usage of SVG or CSS Sprite illustrations. Images - For images, always use CSS Sprites / SVG, avoid using PNGs etc, again it is 2018. Lightweight - Website should be able to load in under 3 seconds, or 6 for 3G, or worse. (TLDR: Make it as lightweight as possible, under 25K/component is best for mobile caching.) Minimalism - This is another thing becoming popular in 2018, minimalism would be nice, get the point across in a professional and simple manner. Progressive Web Application - Website should pass the Progressive Web Application checklist that is provided by Google. Responsive or Mobile First - The website should be fully functional, and should have the same options across devices, and look stunning on all screen sizes within reason. SEO Friendly - Come on, if this is not SEO Friendly, you just need to quit your job, because you are terrible at it. Vivid Gradients - Vivid Gradients are popular in 2018, also the whole site is on a strict color scheme. - https://colorhunt.co/palette/107673 W3C Standards [It's 2018!] Web Animation - Animated Loading, and Transitions. If you feel that you are qualified, please feel free to contact me with your portfolio. 🤝 RE: Website Redesign for Affiliate Network - WageWolf - Aug 29, 2018 Not really needed anymore, thread closed. |
