You won't be able to protect this legally.
Anyway, it's a pretty common style. Maybe they got it from you, maybe they got it from one of the thousands of other site with this style.
If they copy you, they'll always be one step behind right? No need to worry.

They stole from leakedsource, then made their own design and are now stealing designs for me.
Check the image, it's practically identical.
I probably won't be able to do anything about it, but it's sad.

That's how it is in today's world, can't do anything to be honest, even if you do own a bigger and better website.

"Amateurs imitate, professionals steal". It's a played out design. If they did steal it from you, then that means it's good, so you have that.
