That guy has 3 open scam reports. I wouldn't go about insulting the only people who could possibly help. People get scammed, you just have to learn from the experience, and hopefully the guy will be banned. (Seems to me under the right circumstances an obvious scammer is banned). More so now than before

1. If you would've just reported the issue to Omni/Xerotic, they would have properly reviewed the situation and if it turned out you were in the right, they would have removed the negative B rating.
2. The entire system is under constant development, instead of bursting with outrage, give some actual criticism on the newly introduced Contract System so Xerotic can make improvements.
3. Insulting admins probably isn't a good idea and I'm going to go out on a limb and say you'll probably end up banned.

Seems legit scam report. May be account stolen/sold.
BTW it has nothing to do with contract system and if you had religiously read the welcome PM when you joined, you could clearly have understood that HF doesn't get involved in marketplace issues.

You getting scammed is not anyone's fault but your own. Don't try blaming others since you were the one who dealt with this user.
An admin has the option to block the user from using contracts, which may end up happening since he's got multiple open deal disputes from the last few days.
