No. I really wouldn't use a personal paypal though. Always use a burner paypal and use a VPN to connect to it. If you forget to use VPN just once you are fucked so be careful. Good luck!

You're absolutely fine. Instagram doesn't care enough to give out personal information to any law enforcement unless they're handing them an affidavit that says they legally have to. Furthermore, Instagram is based in the US. There's nothing an indian street shitter could do to you even if he was a part of RAW.

Lesson, use Linux and configure UFW firewall to only allow connections to VPN IP (Mullvad VPN IP)
This way your IP is only anonymous + use tor on top and tor router == Fun times.
