This guy agreed on exchanging his BTC to my $100 AGC for 70%. I agreed on going first, I gave him the code and he said "Got it, just give me a few". It has passed a day already and he hasnt been online since he sent me the PM.

I will close the dispute if he refunds me my $70 in btc to my address.

Maybe something came up, you never know. Also, invalid since there is no contract linked to it.

This is not a valid dispute since you did not add a link to a contract in the OP.
