Ghost Blog Test | CBD Blog - Muddy - Aug 22, 2018
I just started a free trial with Ghost.org, a publishing/blogging platform.
I'm using their free theme and wrote 3 articles to see how posting would look on the theme.
temp domain and stuff I just want some feedback on what you think so far. I'll buy a domain later

I think it's a theme/template right? Looks good tho, but the 'tags' and 'author' pages don't really add value, so you don't really need that entire menu. What are your plans for this?

Yea its a free theme I'm going to make some changes but not really going to go all out
Im going to write like 10 - 15 articles on CBD and try to rank it with adwords and some other sites. My end goal is to let it rank so I can start getting organic traffic and monetize it with ads + affiliate links for CBD products

the competition isn't what it seems. There are tons of easy keywords to rank and with some adwords I could take good advantage of it . There's lots of cannabis sites out there that talk about CBD but I haven't found one site that focuses only on CBD. Even ProjectCBD incorporates THC and other medical cannabis in their blogging.
my goal is to whip up a quick blog in less than a week and get it ready for ranking so I can monetize my traffic later

Not until now, and I just looked them up. Their site looks horrible with broken images and text you can't even read easily on the front page. I'm going to order some services with iWriter to get some more blog posts up.
Also going to write a couple more this weekend myself
