Upper revision RS is always easier to abuse on due to how much more content they have added.

Are the items the same item id as the actual item or are they not usable outside of wherever you smuggled from?

I think they are the same item. They look like they came from a player owned house so they should all be usable. Might be very noticeable walking around with big red or blue hands though lolol
