You can also use this technique to hack/spoof messengers like Facebook or WhatsApp etc.

I am hacking on WAN, so the meterpreter would be like this:

2nd step : open browser and URL : www.gmail.com( for example)
follow up the recovery process : you must be aware about the phone number on the gmail account .
code will be sent to the same phone number ..
now again open meterpeter : Type : dump_sms to gather/dump all the messages to root folder.
(You can also type: dump_contacts for further exploitation)

Question was how to hack Gmail right ?
And what u have shown is an Android that has meterpreter installed ( so hacked as well as configured to run untrusted code ). It also has access to dump sms ( so either the device is already rooted; or specific permission already give which REQUIRES USER PERMISSON ) .
Even than all u have done here is get sms dump, so u can get the sms verification.
What it does not do / show
1. Show how to remotely jack Android
2. How to trick the user into unknowingly root the device.
What it does show
1. Using meterpreter to extract sms on a device it's already installed and has all the permission

The topic is how to to recover those accounts which send verification code on phone , so indirectly it provides the access of sms which the target would have received on phone .
But fairly I have not provided all details

So you posted this to show that if there is an Android device that was meterpreter installed and running with access to direct sms access , u will be able to access the sms.
And that is somehow supposed to what ?
Your attempt at getting people to Skype with u so u can con them ?
That being said if anyone is really dumb enough to fall for a trick this base, I suppose they will suffer.

So your supposedly hacking tutorial shows how to extract sms from an Android device with the following condition :
1. The device should have meterpreter on it
2. The device need to be rooted or meterpreter given direct access to sms
And with that it works.
Awesome I mean it must be so hard to extract sms AFTER a program designed to do so has already been installed on a device and has been given all required permissions??
That's a hacking tutorial ?
