can you never make a paypal again even if you want to use it for a legit business but you've been limited before you never can unless you sneak around? does that mean eventually your paypal will just be limited using a legit business just because you've been blacklisted for life for something you did 10 years ago?

or does it really not matter anyway because paypal will just limit your account even for legal businesses.

(All this information is if you want to do it the right and safe way for a long term business, but yes they do black list information)

Now if you're business PayPal gets limited you can't make another business PayPal for that company again. So it works vice versa.
