Seen this principle on one crypter I analyze (can't remember it), not the same code tho.

This Method is runtime Detected by Several av and Its gone old way to hide start-up.
But this can be taken as example on how to add Persistence.

Worth noting is that this requires administrator privileges unless you change it to HKCU
