How to execute .jar file to .exe in netbeans - cyberm3 - Sep 8, 2018
I"m new to java programming. So recently I built a simple scientific calculator using netbeans ide.
Please, I need a guide on how to deploy the source .jar file into an executable Windows program to share to my buddies out there.

You don't need to. You can run your jar with "java -jar MyJar.jar"

I meant how to convert my compile java project to run as a .exe extension.
I tried lauch4j but it gave me an error when I tried to run the program.

Well, I thought it didn't make sense. Its a simple application being shared among friends, so why do this extra step?
Anyways what was the Launch4J error? Can't help ya without knowing specifics of the problem.
