I bought from this user method (exploit) which allowed to get social media service for free. The method doesn't work from begin. He told me I will get a refund but still didn't get it. He read all message but not answered.

Luckily you paid with Paypal, hopefully through your bank or creditcard so it will be easy to get funds returned through them.
