Thread: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5867767

I'll start off short and sweet.

I purchased his SMS verification website (Definition: smscode.net) from Biggy on 08/15/2018 for $550 PayPal. The transfer went somewhat smoothy, and the transaction itself is not what I have issues with.

On his thread, which can be seen in a screenshot here: https://gyazo.com/ba9d1b6ae1e5c763ad50b672381ca86d, the seller promised $665 made "last month", which was 06/2018. During our initial conversion, he went back on his word and changed the monthly income to $350 which can be seen here: https://gyazo.com/2343b97f0249804367af29bf70e368e7. As seen in the screenshot, there was no mention of "offsite" deals, it was through crypto which was available on the site at the time.

There was no evidence provided of this net sale number, other than this random PayPal screenshot he sent me to "prove his income": https://gyazo.com/9fd7782817fcf8bc42a928ab43f6600d. I took his word on this and continued with the transaction.

It's been about a month since I purchased the site, and I have made a total of $5, with two chargebacks because there were issues with the site that were not mentioned to me. I have advertised on 4 different forum companies along with full advertising with banner ads on other popular sites. I confronted Biggy with this number and his response was "all the deals weren't using the site and were one to one with me": https://gyazo.com/7a1d62866b0b3bc7707e8fa4b431f096. I was not happy with this and asked him to fill out a WPL to "prove his profits". He initially said he was fine with this, then said he will do none of it: https://gyazo.com/da3d11c94928cb07772b689d7e7bf3dd.

I further asked for evidence of these offsite transactions and he was unwilling to do so: https://gyazo.com/85ae03114ccd77c2d68f9b4805ced91e https://gyazo.com/7b180f2d96e08e1773fb854c4ac9ab09. He was unwilling to provide evidence to me "because he sent it to his attorney."

I feel that it's frankly obvious he never made $665 a month, OR $350 a month. On the site, the total deposited was $1100: https://gyazo.com/c3b038064f7a730e2c24a90e2a7e64f8. The site has been used for over a year so that math of $665 does not add up.

Games are being played to avoid sending evidence of transactions. There is no harm in filling out a WPL if you have nothing to hide. I would like a full refund of my purchase, while of course willing to transfer all assets back over to Biggy. If a calm resolution is not found, I will insue further action.

Post a link to the contract otherwise this dd is invalid unfortunately

He, for some reason, has not marked it as complete. Couldn't tell you why.

For any staff member that needs it, I have recorded our entire conversation from our first time of contact. Please PM me if that is needed.

That doesn't matter. It was accepted by both parties and you disputed it so it looks to me like you did everything right. Sorry for your loss

Would there be anything wrong with me disputing this with PayPal? Don't want to get banned on HF over this if I dispute it with PayPal.

Would like a staff member to chip in here before I take further action.

What happens with paypal is your own business. You wont get banned over offsite stuff

Theres no guarantee staff member chips in. Though Omni has started banning people caught scamming through contracts the official policy is still that staff members dont get involved in disputes

RE: Scammed by UID 3725052 > Biggy - Biggy - Sep 12, 2018

So, basically this entire deal dispute is based off the fact that you haven’t made money, and I have?

Our original agreement never stated wether or not I made money using the websites deposit method. That’s absolutely ludacris.

You think people don’t make transactions that aren’t directly toped up with the websites deposit method? I’m allowed to make any transactions for MY website as I see fit. Just because you didn’t see it, doesn’t make it a lie.

It’s not my fault you can’t properly market the product. You’re supposed to talk to your customers. Offer free credits for certain amount of deposits. Make deals with people.

Not to mention, since I’ve sold you this site, I’ve seen like 3-4 new SMS websites open up that have actually kept up with their threads and customers. You barely bump your thread.

This deal dispute is as false as it comes.

PS: You do realize, I could’ve just deposited funds on the site myself on an alt account and refunded myself, then claimed I was making more then I was? So think about it, if I was trying to make false claims about my income, why wouldn’t I do something as easy as thag so you can clearly SEE deposits in front of your eyes.

Disputing over PayPal will result in a counter scam report as I’ve done nothing wrong in this transaction.

I have the transaction details in stone right here.

Here's the deposit history of 07/2018. That's $15, not $665.

I understand if you did things off-site, but you never told me this BEFORE I paid. That isn't our a business model works, I should know how all profits are being made and from where. Saying it's "unrelated" is the ludacris part. I barely bumped my thread AFTER I moved to more legitemate advertising methods, all of which I can prove. You said you were busy and didn't have time to advertise. On your thread, you bumped it twice a month during the relevant months: https://hackforums.net/showthread.php?tid=5775084&page=11. I bumped it significantly more times.

Saying there are other sites making money is completely irrelevant. I can start a search engine company and advertise it all I want, yet will it be better and making more money than Google? No.

You took this transaction the completely wrong way. Instantly when we did the transaction you were not willing to discuss reversing the trade.

Tell me now, why aren't you willing to fill out a WPL? What is the harm in doing so if you have nothing to hide? You say you have the proof, so simply fill out income each money along with the related proof.

Just a tip that you might wanna blur their emails at least partly as respect for whoever they are and their privacy but apart from that, good luck getting this sorted.

Once again, I’m allowed to make any offsite transactions as I want.

Did you ask for proof of ON-SITE transactions?

NO

Did you ask for proof of OFFSITE transactions?

NO

So what’s your argument? You never asked for proof of either. That’s your own fault.

Let’s use HF for example. If Omni sold HF and they wanted proof of income, do you honestly think Omni would be able to show the private donations through crypto that he’s received? Not that he does that typically, nor is it any of my business, but for complete example sake. You didn’t inquire about either. That’s not my fault. And if you DID inquire about it, then we would’ve had a conversation about it. That is not information that I need to instantly bring forward. It’s to be expected with a service like this. People want privacy. And privacy is private bitcoin transactions.

I never lied about anything. You bought a service. According to our contract details, you received that exact service. This deal dispute is invalid. If you didn’t agree with the income, you should’ve inquired before buying. I’ve held up my end of the deal and no scam was made.

Agreed. Leaking people's info is a good way to make sure that no one uses the site going forward

The issue is you around willing to provide the evidence to support the contract terms. I am asking for the evidence right now. I want the evidence to support "$665" last month, as that is your claim on the sales thread. If that isn't true, you were lying which is good enough for a scam report.

THESE are the contract terms. It has NOTHING to do with providing proof of income for PRIVATE transactions made to the website.

I can also show proof of our discord chat history where you NEVER inquired about any proof of income. So no, providing it is not necessary and is not proper grounds for a scam report. Our agreement was met.

This scam report is simply because you didn’t make money from the website. Which is not my fault.

I'm not worrying about myself making money; I'm worried about you lying about your initial income. I'm asking for that evidence, right now. If you cannot provide that or you were lying, this scam report is valid as you lied in a sales thread.

You should’ve asked for that before buying the website. It has nothing to do with our deal.

How do you expect me to show you that? Link you some bitcoin transactions that would show absolutely nothing? They’re offline transactions for a reason. People didn’t want that to be put back on them. I could link some TXIDs but what would it prove? Absolutely nothing.
