These kind of changes suck because it makes me feel less of an active vibe when browsing the forum, but well, the forum is evolving so why not?

I disabled it. Main reason was because it created too much scroll for mobile.

That's unfortunate that it had to be removed. I thought there would be a way to only show it to desktop users though?

Can you add a media query in your CSS so desktop and tablet users still get it? IMO it was nice feature.

Sorry, but no. I think for now we just don't need the feature enough to warrant making the adjustment. I do know that the list was abused to PM spam and to even scam sometimes.
